1. Executive, HR Policy & Process

Tugas Kerja:

  • Designs HR processes, focusing on key business outcomes, inserting external benchmarks and best practises, and applying Lean Six Sigma/CI principles for maximum business value, efficiency and customer experience.
  • Seeks design input across abroad range of stakeholders – Line Managers, employees and HR Operations.
  • Designs process flow and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentations.
  • Ensures execution of processes are consistent with design, controls, data definitions, data quality standards and fit-for-purpose data privacy requirements.
  • Planning and budgeting focal for HR Division. Prepares required budget analysis to monitor budget utilization.
  • Junior HR Business Partner for Business Unit.
